Dean has responsibilities (as follow):

  1. To arrange and implement Strategic Planning that is need to be achieved during tenure;
  2. To arrange Work Program and Annual Budget of faculty;
  3. To implement higher education development according to his/her competencies;
  4. To organize and monitor teaching and learning activities;
  5. To organize and monitor research activities in order to develop knowledge, science, technology and/or art;
  6. To organize and monitor community service activities for society;
  7. To implement collaboration in education, research and community service with other national or international party;
  8. To monitor and evaluate collaboration with other party;
  9. To implement plan of information system and administration of collaboration for faculty’s database;
  10. To propose Honorary Doctor award for someone who has fulfilled requirements of applied regulation after consideration of Faculty Senate;
  11. To implement development of civitas academica;
  12. To implement administration affairs;
  13. To arrange and communicate Annual Report to Rector after consideration of Faculty Senate, and
  14. To communicate budget policy, annual report and tenure final report to Faculty Senate

 Vice Dean of Academic Affairs has responsibilities (as follow):

  1. To arrange, implement, develop and evaluate teaching and learning, research and community service activities;
  2. To foster lecturers’ skill in academic activities;
  3. To assess establishment of new study program in any academic degree within the faculty;
  4. To record teaching and learning, research and community service activities;
  5. To monitor and evaluate teaching and learning process of each semester;
  6. To monitor and evaluate new student admission process;
  7. To control standardization of quality standards of academic and professional education;
  8. To implement data management in academic administration;
  9. To implement functional collaboration with Vice Rector of Academic Affairs, and
  10. To arrange and communicate Annual Report to Dean

Vice Dean of General Affairs and Finance has responsibilities (as follow):

  1. To arrange plan and management for income revenue and expenditure of faculty;
  2. To foster carrier and welfare of lecturers, administration staffs and other supporting staffs within the faculty;
  3. To organize administration, domestic affairs, order and safety of faculty;
  4. To implement relation and communication with society;
  5. To implement organization of general affairs’ data;
  6. To monitor and evaluate work activity of lecturers, administration staffs and other supporting staffs;
  7. To socialize and coordinate all the result of Government Institute Work Report in faculty
  8. To implement functional collaboration with Vice Rector of General Affairs and Finance, and
  9. To arrange and communicate Annual Report to Dean

Vice Dean of Student Affairs has responsibilities (as follow):

  1. To arrange, implement, develop and evaluate student activities;
  2. To foster welfare of student;
  3. To implement improvement and development of students’ interests, talents and reasoning;
  4. To implement coordination with administrator of Commissariat of Alumni of Universitas Brawijaya;
  5. To implement functional coordination with Vice Rector of Student Affairs, and
  6. To arrange and communicate Annual Report to Dean

Faculty Senate has responsibilities (as follow):

  1. To formulate academic policy and quality standard of teaching and learning and faculty development;
  2. To formulate appraisal policy of academic achievement, proficiency and personality of lecturer;
  3. To formulate norm, ethic and basic standard of faculty management
  4. To review budget policy and annual report of Dean;
  5. To propose consideration to Rector about candidates of Dean, Vice Dean, Head and Secretary of Study Program;
  6. To formulate appraisal policy of academic achievement, proficiency and personality of civitas academica within faculty;
  7. To propose consideration of Honorary Doctor award for someone who has fulfilled requirements of applied regulation;
  8. To propose consideration and agreement of income revenue and expenditure planning of the faculty from Dean;
  9. To review accountability and policy implementation of Dean;
  10. To propose consideration for competent lecturer to take higher academic functional position
  11. To propose consideration for competent lecturer to achieve his/her functional position as professor
  12. To propose Honorary Doctor award, and
  13. To legitimize details of task, responsibility and working organization of  the  faculty

Head of Administration Office has responsibilities (as follow):

  1. To arrange working plan of administration office and faculty with approval of direct supervisor;
  2. To learn and communicate law and legislation of administration, academic and student affairs;
  3. To organize administration, academic and student affairs’ data;
  4. To arrange plan for organization of correspondence and archive of faculty’s affairs;
  5. To arrange domestic affairs planning;
  6. To implement and organize (time and place of) meeting of faculty leaders and official ceremony within faculty;
  7. To arrange planning of all equipment’s procurement, maintenance and removal
  8. To implement employee affair management;
  9. To arrange plan for finance management;
  10. To arrange plan for administration process of teaching and learning, research and community service;
  11. To arrange plan for administration process of student affairs and relation with alumni;
  12. To validate document of promotion for lecturers and supporting staffs;
  13. To implement monitor and evaluation of administration process within faculty;
  14. To implement coordination function for facilitation of grant assets to logistic, and
  15. To implement coordination function of all finance distribution within work units, such as financial changes and/or addition, down payment, employee and non-employee’s direct cost and accountability report service for PNB expenditure

Head of Academic Unit has responsibilities (as follow):

  1. To arrange plan and work program;
  2. To collect and review law and legislation of academic affair and provide assistance for his/her supervisors to arrange draft of teaching and learning rules within faculty;
  3. To collect, synthesize and analyze data of teaching and learning, research and community service, then prepare those data for student’s study evaluation;
  4. To organize academic re-registration process of students;
  5. To organize administration service and record of Study Plan Sheet (KRS), Study Result Sheet (KHS), Score List Sheet (Kutipan Daftar Nilai) and Academic Transcript of students;
  6. To provide assistance and/or arrange agenda of lectures, practical works and course examinations as decided by Head of Study Program;
  7. To arrange planning for academic equipment’s procurement
  8. To implement administration process of lectures, practical works and course examinations by providing and arranging availability of rooms, academic equipment and attendance lists;
  9. To collect and classify data od curriculum target achievement;
  10. To implement administration process of scientific meeting and guest lecture within faculty
  11. To implement administration process of research and community service activities within faculty;
  12. To provide assistance for study program in regard of lecturer teaching evaluation for each semester;
  13. To archive documents and correspondences of academic affairs;
  14. To organize academic certificate and transcript processing, and also administration process of graduation ceremony
  15. To organize task implementation of administration plan, information system and collaboration within faculty
  16. To arrange report of Academic Unit

Head of Finance and Employee Affair Unit has responsibilities (as follow):

  1. To arrange plan and work program;
  2. To collect and review law and legislation of finance and employee affair;
  3. To collect, synthesize and analyze data of finance and employee affair;
  4. To arrange management of finance, starting from revenue, safekeeping, expenditure, accountancy and finance accountability;
  5. To arrange payment of salary, functional allowance, honorarium, overtime and extra-work compensation, official trip, wholesale work, revenue and expenditure of equipment and services;
  6. To monitor and evaluate budget implementation;
  7. To verify authenticity and validity of receipts and supporting documents;
  8. To prepare employee formation proposal;
  9. To prepare proposal of transfer and welfare development of employee;
  10. To provide assistance in regard of lecturers or supporting staffs’ promotion;
  11. To prepare Outstanding Lecturer appointment proposal;
  12. To provide assistance in regard of employee furlough;
  13. To arrange Work Implementation Assessment List (DP-3), Stratification List (DUK), Employee Card (Karpeg), Master Card (Karin), Wife Card (Karis), Husband Card (Karsu), Health Insurance (Askes), Civil Employee Saving and Insurance (Taspen), Certificate for Family Support (KP-4/Model-C) and Tax Payment Sheet (LP2P);
  14. To provide assistance and coordination in regard of finishing employment problem with direct supervisor or Vice Dean II
  15. To prepare employee grant proposal;
  16. To archive documents and correspondence proofs of finance and employee affairs;
  17. To implement task in administrative planning, information system and collaboration within faculty, and
  18. To arrange and communicate report of finance and employee affair unit

Head of Student and Alumni Affair Unit has responsibilities (as follow):

  1. To arrange plan and work program;
  2. To collect and review law and legislation of student and alumni affair;
  3. To collect, synthesize and analyze data of student and alumni affair;
  4. To provide assistance of extracurricular activities implementation, with guidance from Vice Dean III;
  5. To provide assistance of fostering student welfare;
  6. To provide information in student affair;
  7. To provide information in alumni affair;
  8. To manage work information;
  9. To monitor and foster employees in Student and Alumni Affair Unit
  10. To evaluate unit’s work program, and
  11. To arrange work report of Student and Alumni Affair Unit

Head of General Affair and Equipment Unit has responsibilities (as follow):

  1. To arrange plan and work program;
  2. To implement management of correspondence;
  3. To monitor archiving and documentation of correspondence
  4. To arrange statistical record of ingoing and outgoing correspondence letters;
  5. To provide monthly reports for direct supervisor;
  6. To monitor typing and delivery of correspondence documents /mengontrol pengetikan dan pengiriman surat menyurat sesuai tujuan;
  7. To collect and disseminate faculty regulation;
  8. To organize maintenance of cleanliness, beauty and safety within faculty, including faculty buildings, yards, public facilities and gardens;
  9. To organize utilization of official cars of faculty;
  10. To implement administration activities of public relation and collaboration;
  11. To provide assistance for guest of faculty leaders, including accommodation and transportation;
  12. To manage implementation of official meeting, official ceremony and other official events;
  13. To arrange planning of official affairs equipment’s procurement, maintenance and removal
  14. To save and distribute goods to corresponding work unit(s);
  15. To implement recording and removal planning for broken equipment;
  16. To archive and preserve copy of official letter of the faculty, and
  17. To arrange work record of General Affair and Equipment Unit
